Cancellation Policy
Booking / Rescheduling: Rescheduling of the appointment is allowed once within a 24 Hour period from the original booking date without an additional booking fee. Cancellations and No-shows: To avoid forfeiting the booking fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may also result in forfeiting the booking fee. Arrival Window & Vehicle Access: Our team may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and access to the vehicle and keys is necessary for service. Failure to provide access upon arrival may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees. Mobile Services: We are a mobile service detailing company, access to water and electricity is required upon arrival, and failure to provide these resources may result in a service cancellation and forfeiting booking fee.
