At DriveClean LLC., our commitment is to offer outstanding auto detailing services while ensuring safety and satisfaction. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for our detailing service(s): 

 

1. Appointments and scheduling

 

Booking / Rescheduling: 

Rescheduling of the appointment is allowed once within a 24 Hour period from the original booking date without an additional booking fee.

 

Cancellations and No-shows: 

To avoid forfeiting the booking fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may also result in forfeiting the booking fee.

 

Arrival Window & Vehicle Access: 

Our team may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and access to the vehicle and keys is necessary for service. Failure to provide access upon arrival may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

 

Mobile Services: 

We are a mobile service detailing company, access to water and electricity is required upon arrival, and failure to provide these resources may result in in forfeiting the booking fee. 

 

2. Vehicle preparation

 

Personal Belongings: 

All personal belongings and valuables must be removed from the vehicle before arrival, we are not responsible for lost belongings.

 

Liability for Personal Items: 

DriveClean Llc. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

 

Child Car Seats: 

Child car seats must be removed before the appointment as we are not responsible for reinstalling them to meet safety specifications. If need cleaning we will charge $25 upon your approval.

 

Specific Instructions: 

Inform DriveClean Llc. before starting if there are areas you do not wish for us to detail in. 

 

3. Service performance and limitations

 

Pre-existing Conditions & Liability: 

DriveClean Llc. will inspect and document visible pre-existing damage before starting service, and you’ll agree not to hold the us liable for such damages.

 

Damage Claims: 

Damage claims due to cleaning are limited to the service cost, and proof of damage caused by DriveClean Llc. is required.

 

Engine Cleaning:

 If engine cleaning is requested, the client acknowledges that DriveClean Llc. is not liable for potential problems that may arise or damage to the ground.

 

Battery Drain: 

Opening car doors for cleaning may cause battery drain, and DriveClean Llc. is not responsible for this liability.

 

Windshield and Window Cracks: 

DriveClean Llc. is not responsible for windshield or window cracks caused by temperature changes during detailing.

 

Wheel Rims: 

DriveClean Llc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage to wheel rims or covers, and complete defect removal may not be possible. Rechecking wheel lug nuts and locks within 50 miles of driving after service is the client's responsibility.

 

Pre-existing Paint or Bodywork: 

DriveClean Llc. is not responsible for issues arising from prior paint or bodywork, including paint thinning or burns during correction services.

 

Guarantees: 

Services are not guaranteed to restore the vehicle to a new condition, but the company will strive for the best possible results within its capabilities.

 

Vehicle Condition: 

All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. 

 

4. Satisfaction and concerns

 

Final Inspection: 

A final inspection will be conducted together upon completion. A gratuity may be added if the client is unavailable for the inspection.

 

Reporting Concerns: 

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. If concerns arise after this period or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed. 

 

5. Payment and charges

 

Payment Due: 

Payment is due immediately online or after service completion at client’s location by accepted methods.

 

Authorized Charges: 

Bookings authorize DriveClean Llc. to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions.

 

6. Vehicle operation and ownership

 

Authorization to Operate: 

The client authorizes DriveClean llc.to operate the vehicle for necessary purposes at the client's risk.

 

Ownership Confirmation: 

The client certifies that they are the registered owner or have the authority to submit the vehicle for service.

 

Express Lien: An express lien on the vehicle is acknowledged to secure the service amount. 

 

7. Indemnification and legal

 

Indemnification by Customer: 

The customer agrees to indemnify DriveClean Llc. from claims arising from their negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Governing Law: 

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado

 

Class Action Waiver: 

The client agrees to resolve any legal action individually and waives the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against DriveClean Llc.

 

Release of Liability: 

By booking a service, the client releases and discharges DriveClean Llc. and its affiliates from all claims or causes of action and waives the right to bring legal action for personal injury or property damage. 

 

This policy provides clarity and transparency regarding detailing services and aims to establish a mutually beneficial understanding between DriveClean Llc. and client(s).
